Regarding the organizational structure and hierarchy, Azad Shiksha Kendra operates under the guidance and oversight of a Board of Trustees consisting of seven members, including a Managing Trustee and six additional Trustees. This esteemed board plays a vital role in directing and monitoring the organization's activities to ensure the achievement of its objectives.
The Trustees are entrusted with the responsibility of managing financial matters, including maintaining and operating accounts, issuing instructions to banking institutions, and authorizing the appointment of secretaries, managers, lawyers, auditors, employees, and other personnel for the smooth functioning of the Trust's managerial and support functions. The Board convenes regular meetings on a quarterly basis to discuss and make decisions pertaining to the organization's affairs.
